Information on processing of personal data in the MedicalRenting.com (Service)

(granted pursuant to Article 13 GDPR)


  1. The administrator of personal data in connection with the functioning of the MedicalRenting.com Website is MedicalRenting.com sp.z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Smukalska 33, 85-565 Bydgoszcz (phone number 22 4174099, e-mail: biuro@medicalrenting.com), hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
  2. The data administrator processes the personal data of the User and persons representing the Partner (i) provided by them in the registration form, (ii) provided by them voluntarily in the course of using the Website's functionality, in order to enable the User to book rental services offered on the Website by the Administrator's Partner and to implement other services offered by the Website in accordance with its Regulations. This applies to the following data:
    a) name and surname of the User or Partner or persons authorized to act on their behalf,
    b) e-mail address,
    c) other data provided voluntarily by the User or the Partner, such as: a photo, additional information about the User / persons representing the Partner, links to accounts in social networks, etc.
  3. If the data subject gives a separate consent, personal data may also be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator.
  4. Personal data will be processed for the proper implementation of services offered on the Website in accordance with its Regulations - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
  5. The data administrator informs that in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the GDPR, personal data will also be processed in order to assert or defend claims for the provision of services offered on the Website - until these claims expire.
  6. Personal data will be stored for the period:
    a) limitation of claims related to the provision of services offered on the Website;
    b) in the case of consent to the processing of data - until its withdrawal,
  7. In the event of consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, only the following personal data shall be processed:
    a) name and surname,
    b) city of residence,
    c) telephone number,
    d) e-mail address,
    e) year of birth.
  8. Other personal data are irretrievably deleted after the deadline specified in point 6 (a). and).
  9. For the purpose and to the extent necessary to provide the services offered on the Website, the recipients of personal data will be companies cooperating with the Data Administrator in the field of IT services, law firms providing legal services to the Administrator, entities providing auditing services for the Administrator, courier or transport companies and entities insuring financial claims. - cooperating with the Administrator.
  10. The User's personal data will be transferred to the Controller's Partner, whose offer the User will use through the Service.
  11. The personal data of the Partner / the person representing him / her may be transferred to the User who wants to use the Partner's offer via the Website.
  12. The data subject has the right to request access to the content of their data and the right to rectify it, delete it, the right to obtain a copy of the data, transfer data and the right to request restriction of data processing.
  13. The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) or in the case of profiling or direct marketing. The objection may be submitted in writing, including electronically, in particular to the e-mail address or contact address indicated in point. 1.
  14. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority when he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. The competent authority for the Administrator is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  15. Providing personal data by the User and / or the Partner is voluntary, however, failure to do so will prevent the effective use of the Website.
